Feature:

Simple oil pumping stations: pumps directly suitable for 180-220L oil tanks, no require special oil tank.
2. Refueling station: each station using a 10-15m hose reel, a digital filling gun or automatic control gun system. Main feature is the use of a hose reel to fill oil anywhere within a certain range and can stretch out and draw back flexibly, avoiding dragging the hose on the ground to cause damage and influence the work site clean and tidy.
Oil pipeline: Use special high pressure fluid pipe, high pressure valves and high
pressure pipe fittings .It does not leak, endure high pressure, safe and beautiful. Pipeline can be designed according to users’ requirements, including distance, position. Diameter of pipe depends on the actual length and height etc.
4. Distribution system basic information:
a. Oil tank placement requirements
b. Oils chemical properties viscosity, fire point, corrosion, etc., to confirm the materials and technique data of the selected pump
c. If Oil in depot is warm and if pipe is warm
d. Adopt standard 200L tank or 1000L tank transmission method
e. Transfer pump function: Choose appropriate pump according to the transfer distances and delivery lift
f. Flow of filling gun / filling several fluids / oil filling work station quantity/ oil transfer distance / hose reel length and interface size / interface size of filling gun

1. Centralized distribution system – Transfer oil to workplace through the special seamless tube by using 5:1 double acting pneumatic pump. Consist of several injecting points. Install retractable hose reel and oil filling gun in every injecting station to achieve centralized distribution.
2, Automatic control distribution system –Transfer lubricating oil to workplace through the special fluid tube by using 5:1 double acting pneumatic pump. Consist of several injecting points. Each work station can be installed control unit to inject in timing, quantitative and in fixed batch. You can connect the computer to achieve the monitoring and management of
the entire system filling state. Then transfer oil through retractable hose reel and oil filling gun.
