Features

"HOTON" Underground Type Hoister HC-1380, with the Main Unite installed under ground level and lifting arms above ground level to hoist the vehicle, can greatly expand the operating space for the inspection/maintenance workers.

Drive the vehicle to the working station, control the lifting button, the vehicle will then be lifted to the specified height before starting the inspection/maintenance job.

After complete the job, control the descending button, vehicle will be lowered to ground level by the hoister, before drive away from the working station.

——The material of lifting pillars and piston of lifting cylinder, is of High-quality alloy steel, and chromium plate hardened, with prolonged durability 

——The seal of cylinder is Parker, which is excellent in sealing property and long service life.

——The hoist pillars are rigid-joined through synchronized beams,which exhibits superior synchronous property during lifting and descending, and high operating smooth and steadiness.

——Equipped with mechanical-pneumatic locking system (auto locking is driven by spring force, un-locking driven by high pressure-air), the hoister is automatically locked at any position, operating safety is ensured. 

——Hydraulic pipelines are designed accurately, vehicle of any weight can be lowered at constant speed, and zero leakage is guaranteed at the same time.

——Flat plate type supporting arm ensure wider contact area with the vehicle body, enable vehicles are positioned by the hoister at any location with much higher rigidity and stability, especially suitable for assemble/disassemble operation of vehicle modules and components ( such as engine block etc).
